GRL series Bitumen Emulsion Plant is specially designed based on years of experience of bitumen emulsion production and various demands from clients. It is simple in structure and easy to operate, and can be used in all kinds of production of bitumen emulsion. Its capacity is 5~8 t/h.
The Bitumen Emulsion has been utilised for roads applications since early of last century and from that time till now its use has continuously grown in terms of number of applications and new markets. The reason for this success is that bitumen emulsions have several advantages over alternative binders, like cost savings, versatility in usage, reduced energy consumption and less pollution.
Operating principles
When the high temperature asphalt and the emulsifier solution are pumped into the cavity of the high speed colloid mill, the mixture is sheared, pushed centrifugally, rubbed, hit and torn, fulfilling the dispersion, shearing and emulsion, they will be sheared for hundreds of thousands times within a short time. The high temperature asphalt is broken into small particles, which will be surrounded by the emulsifier molecules to form oil-in-water finished emulsified asphalt.
Features
1. It can solve the problem of ratio of oil and water. It adopts two frequency control motors to drive the gear pump, with the advantages of intuitive and simple operation, low fault rate, long service life and so on.
2. Preparation and transfer system of the emulsifier solution tanks, pipelines and pump valves are all made of 304 stainless steel of high quality, with high temperature resistance and strong corrosion resistance in the case of non chlorine atoms.
3. The emulsification machine adopts the modified emulsification machine, and meanwhile, with the capacity to produce modified emulsion asphalt and ordinary emulsified asphalt, giving it double purpose function.
4. Base asphalt pumps and emulsion transfer pumps adopt frequency converters for speed regulation. In comparison to motor speed regulation in the past, the operation is more convenient.
5. All pump valves adopt quality products of famous manufacturers. The control system is researched and developed by our engineers with many years of experience in design and development. They are stable in performance and reliable in quality.
6. Products are designed to ones of integral movable type, adopting international advanced design concept, which can provide customers with more convenient operation procedures.
